Job Description

• Prepare, review, and complete supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and legal requirements; tracking contract expiration dates and updating supplier information as needed.
• Perform quarterly price updates and negotiations with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with market indices
• Handle quality deviations and manage claims against suppliers through coordinating corrective actions and audits
• Engage in productivity improvement projects, liaising with suppliers, and monitoring test results to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in the annual budget planning process, providing price formulation and cost analysis.
• Ensure the proper preparation, signing, and archiving of all procurement documents, adhering to internal and external regulations.
• Source and qualify/approve new suppliers according to corporate standards, ensuring compliance and reliability.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of work experience in procurement preferably in manufacturing
• Proficient in Georgian and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, other MS Office programs
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, decisive, and results-oriented.
